To attach a non-PDF file to your proposal, such as Excel or Word documents, you can either print that document to a PDF from its native application, or instead create a new blank PDF and attach the necessary file directly to the PDF from within the Adobe application. In either case, the resulting PDF can then be successfully attached and submitted through Cayuse 424.
