Errors when importing or uploading Fed-Nonfed subawards.
When I try to import a subaward, I get one of the following errors:
"ERROR: Could not transform XML from (filename) into usable import format"
"Uploaded file contains no budget data. Be sure the file is really an Adobe Subaward Budget PDF."
This error appears when you try to import a "Fed/Nonfed" subaward into Cayuse. We do not currently support the importing of Fed Nonfed subawards. If you wish to import a subaward, you will have to use the standard federal subaward form, available within the application package itself.
If you are not currently a Cayuse 424 customer, you can also make use of our free Subawards.com application to generate a subaward and then export it to another Cayuse 424 customer for import. If you are a Cayuse 424 customer, you can generate those subawards directly from within our program.
