Pre-Award Spending Request Notification

To notify the departmental Research Account Manager and PI about a new account created for a Pre-Award Spending Request, you'll need to navigate to the Temp Account you created for the Award. 

If you need to find the Award, click the number to the right of New in the Account Requests bucket on the Award Admin page. If you're already on the Award Admin screen, skip to step 4.

  1. Click Administer Proposal beneath the appropriate project title to load the Proposal Administration screen.
  2. Click the Awards tab.
  3. Click the appropriate award number.
  4. Click the Distributions tab.
  5. Click the Temp Account No. at the bottom of the window.
  6. Click Account Set-up Notification.
  7. Click Send Email to notify the Research Account Manager and PI about the preliminary award account.
