Program Administrators

A Program Administrator is a departmental Award Manager. This person is listed in the administrative header of proposals, projects, awards, and subcontracts. The Program Administrator role does not assume any functionality or special privileges in Cayuse SP. It's simply a way to identify the person in your Central Admin Office who assists a particular department with post-award affairs. Only one Program Administrator is permitted per department, but the same individual may be assigned to multiple departments in SP. Central Admin Office staff can search for a department's Program Administrator on the Award Admin screen.

You can add Program Administrators, assign them to departments, change or remove their assignments, and delete them.
