The HelpDesk provides our clients and technical staff a method to accurately capture, track, sort and view product support requests. It also provides a record of communication and the solution associated with each request. All emails sent to ResearchSuiteSupport@Evisions.com will automatically create a ticket in the HelpDesk system. You can access the Portal here:
